25/09/2008 New Zealand Investigating Endosulfan Endosulfan is an organochlorine insecticide. It is seldom used in New Zealand, unless other insecticides are ineffective.

Endosulfan is generally of low toxicity to humans in small, accidental, one-off exposures, but is being investigated by the Environmental Risk Management Authority (ERMA) due to its potential to cause environmental toxicity.
