09/12/2008 Ministry of Health warn against illegal Chinese medicines The NZ Ministry of Health (MOH) is warning the public about the potential health dangers associated with six products sold from an Auckland supermarket selling Chinese goods.

These products contain medicines which, according to NZ law, should only be available by prescription or from a pharmacy. A list of the medicines is available here.

The MOH advise consumers to stop taking the medicines and see their doctor if they have any ill effects.
