03/08/2009 US FDA Finds Dental Mercury Safe The United States Food and Drug Administration has released their findings regarding mercury amalgam dental fillings.

The report found that while elemental mercury has been associated with adverse health effects at high exposures, the levels released by dental amalgam fillings are not high enough to cause harm in patients.
